Hueify v1.0.0.108

i Version 1.0.0.107 actually won't run on systems where HUEify never had been authorized, the v1.0.0.108 release is therefor a bugfix release.

! Fixed fatal exception trying to connect to a bridge that has no authorization for HUEify yet (thanks to @Miguel for bringing this up).
! Fixed crash when reloading light/group state (refresh the controls) when authorization for HUEify was deleted from the whitelist table.
! Fixed InitializeBridge was called with an empty IP address when the IP field is empty (added a messagebox and stops executing).
! Removed "alert":"select" from three lights in Music Player (it was for debug purposes but eventially got compiled in the release build too).
! Fixed whitelisted apps not being parsed when the first character was numeric (Thanks to @no6mis for sharing "whitelist" object for debugging).

* The connect button (home tab) is now disabled while connecting to a bridge (to act like "we're busy, please wait").
